French Press

Serves: 4-8
You'll need approximately 56g coffee (ground coarse) and 8 cups of water.

Step one

Grind 56g coffee coarse, or fill 8-cup press up to two fingers height with grinds.

Step two

Start timer and wet grinds with hot water.

Step three

After 20 seconds, stir and then fill press with hot water and place plunger on top.

Step four

After 4 minutes, slowly press plunger through the coffee and serve.
