We are pleased to offer an exciting addition to our Ethiopian menu this year! Genji, or Nano Genji, is a brand new washing station that opened this year as part of the Nano Challa, a cooperative whose coffees we have proudly served for years. This cooperative is part of the Kata Muduga Multipurpose Farmer's Cooperative Union - an overarching organization that includes some of the best known, highest quality producing washing stations in the country. 

This new washing station is off to a great start, with quality equal to Nano Challa while still uniquely different. Light and delicate flavors of apricots and champagne delight, while a deep currant body holds down the bass.
