Road House is a seasonally rotating coffee that is essentially our "house blend" except it is always single-origin. As opposed to being a dumping ground for old coffees, however, Road House is no exception to our buying practice of sourcing the finest, rarest, freshest, and most delicious green coffees in the world. We will never compromise on quality, but also understand the need to keep an eye on product costs, so we will only use coffees that hit both our quality standards AND fit the pricing model for Road House.

We couldn’t imagine a better inaugural coffee for Road House than this offering from Papua New Guinea. This coffee comes from an organization formed in the 60s with the vision to give people a better life and build a future for their children, introducing radical practices to improve coffee quality and livelihoods. This offering is a representation of 4 different family groups within the co-op, a product of strong community values and unwavering commitment to quality—values that mirror our own.
