Where's my coffee?

We roast 6 days a week so it may take up to 48 hours to roast your coffee fresh and get it in the mail on its way to you. you will receive an email confirming shipment of your order.
We ship using USPS and UPS, orders may be delayed due to holidays and weekends.
We can ship to you if you are out of the USA, but unfortunately we cannot through our website. Please call our office at 718-418-2326 to place an order over the phone.

Can I return my coffee?

It's our goal to get you the best coffee possible. If your package gets lost or damaged on its way to you please email us at info@varietycoffeeroasters.com within two weeks of your purchase.

Can I customize the coffee in my subscription?

If you would like decaf please email us when you place your order at info@varietycoffeeroasters.com
