Cold Brew - Filtron
Serves: 2-4
You'll need approximately 300g coffee (ground coarse) and 85 oz water.
Store felt pad in cold water when not in use, to prevent shrinkage.
Step one
Plug stopper into the bottom hole of the brewer.
Saturate felt pad with cold water, and place into the bottom of the brewer.
Step two
Place paper filter in brewer, and pour coffee grounds into the filter.
Step three
Place plastic dispersion plate over the leveled grounds.
Step four
Pour 85 oz cold water into the brewer, let brew for approximately 20 hours.
Step five
Remove stopper over decanter, allow 30 minutes to an hour to drain.
Step six
Dilute 1:1 and serve over ice!
