You’ll need 25g coffee (ground medium) and 400g water.

Step one

Rinse filter with hot water. (Discard water and replace.)

Step two

Add 25g of coffee ground medium.

Step three

Start timer, and pour 50g of water in concentric circles.

Step four

At 30 seconds, pour up to 200g water in concentric circles.

Step five

At 1 minute, pour up to 400g water in concentric circles.

Step six

Let drain (~4 minutes) and serve.
